Sweet and dainty, and so easy to make! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package fat-free whipped topping |
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package angel food cake mix |
2 eggs |
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F Mix first five ingredients together, and drop by spponfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. 2. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of coconut over cookies. 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until beginning to brown slightly. Let cool completely before removing from cookie sheet. |
