Light Chicken Salad Ingredients:
3/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 cups cooked chicken |
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1/3 cup green onion, sliced |
1/2 cup walnuts, broken |
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, ginger and salt. 2. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onion and walnuts. 3. Serve on lettuce leaf. |
