this is one is my sisters recipe,she adds mint choc to it,any kind of berry can be used even crushed peanut brittle,this dessert should be prepared a day before Ingredients:
200g digestive biscuits |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 can black cherries,remove stones |
1 1/2 cup marshmallows,chopped |
250ml cream,whipped |
choc curls for decorating |
Directions:
1. make base with biscuits and butter 2. press into base ans sides 3. drain cherries,keep syrup 4. place mallows and syrup in saucepan,heat slowly till mallows are melted,leave to cool at room temp,dnt set 5. fold in cherries and cream 6. spoon into crust 7. place in fridge for 6-8 hrs 8. decorate with choc curls |
