Yummy! Ingredients:
4 cups white bread cubes |
2 cups nonfat milk |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons applesauce |
1/2 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 325. 2. Put bread cubes in greased 9x9 pan. 3. Combine all other ingredients and pour mixture over bread. 4. Bake uncovered for 60-75 minutes. |
