Light Blue Cheese Dressing

This dressing uses low-fat plain yogurt and a little mayo and of course blue cheese.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl ,whisk together the yogurt, milk, mayo, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and cayenne until its smooth. Stir in the blue cheese and salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight so the flavors develop.
