Here's a slightly lighter blue cheese. Ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled |
1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk |
1 tablespoon green onion, minced |
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mash cottage cheese and blue cheese with a fork. 2. Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended. |
