I was making this ice cream and found out I had no heavy cream. Instead of heavy cream I found coconut cream in my refrigerator and used that instead. The taste ended up to be delicious. Ingredients:
5 -6 ripe bananas |
1/2 cup sugar |
3/4 cup of thick coconut cream |
1 cup 2% milk |
1 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Peel the bananas. 2. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix well. 3. Then put the mixture into your ice maker machine for about 30-40 minutes. 4. Store the ice cream in a plastic freezer box and place the box in your freezer. 5. Bon appetit! |
