PREFECT SALAD AS A SIDE OR MAIN DISH. Ingredients:
dressing |
1/3 c sugar |
3/4 tsp salt |
1/2 pepper |
1/3 c cider vinegar |
2 tbs oil |

6 c finely shredded cabbage |
1 1/2 c cooked chicken breast |
( i use tyson breaded chicken tenders) cooked & diced) |
3 green onion, thinly sliced |
1 ( 3oz ) pkg ramen noodle soup mix |
3 tbs sliced almonds, toasted |
2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. 1) IN BLENDER, ADD ALL DREDDING INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL 2. 2) IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CABBAGE, CHICKEN AND ONION: TOSS 3. 3)CRUMBLERAMEN NODDLES, DISGARD SEASONING PACKET. ADD NOODLES, ALMONDS AND SESAME SEEDS TO SLAW MIXTURE. ADD DRESSING. TOSS TO COAT. ENJOY |
