Susan's Dad's Waffles. This is equally good using low fat Bisquick, egg substitute, and diet club soda. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups club soda |
Directions:
1. Stir ingredients until blended. 2. Pour into center of waffle iron and cook until steaming stops. (Takes about 3 minutes for my waffle maker.). 3. Makes 12 4-inch waffles. |
