Simple and light stuffing that won't make you stuffed
Ingredients:
1 loaf cornbread ( i make from 1 boxed jiffy corn muffin )
1 c toasted dhopped pecan
2 t evoo
2 large chopped onion
3/4 raisin
1/2 c chopped flat leaf parsley
1 c fat free chicken broth ( home made if you have)
1/4 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
Directions:
1. Cube the cornbread, bake it until dried( stale)
2. preheat the oven 350
3. cooked the onion with evoo until translucent,
4. mixed all the ingredient baked for 15 min
