Ingredients:
2 stick(s) butter |
2 cup(s) dark brown sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract |
2 whole(s) eggs |
2 cup(s) flour |
1.5 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 bag(s) chocolate chips |
1.5-2 cup(s) quick oats |
2 cup(s) sweet flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla extract for 3-5 minutes. 2. Cream in eggs - one at a time. 3. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. 4. Stir the above ingredients into the butter/sugar/egg mixture until fully combined. 5. Slowly add oats, then coconut, then chocolate chips. 6. *If desired, cut amount of coconut in half and add 1 cup toffee bits. 7. Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto a buttered cookie sheet. 8. Bake 375f for 7-10 minutes (or until golden brown on top). |
