Libby's Scalloped Potatoes |

This is how my mother-in-law makes her scalloped potatoes. Ingredients:
6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced |
2 cups water |
1/2 cup velveeta cheese |
1/2 cup half-and-half, mixed with |
4 tablespoons flour |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until done; drain. 2. Add the cheese, and milk mixed with the flour, to potatoes. 3. Bring to a boil; then pour in buttered baking dish. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. 5. Bake for 1/2 hour or until brown on top. |
