Warming winter cereal without the carbs
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tvp
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp sultanas
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp honey, or maple syrup
Directions:
1. heat tvp water milk and spices until all liquid has gone
2. Serve with fruit and the smallest splash of honey or maple syrup if needed.
