Warming winter cereal without the carbs Ingredients:
1/4 cup tvp |
1/2 cup water |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1 tsp sultanas |
1 tsp pumpkin seeds |
1 tsp honey, or maple syrup |
Directions:
1. heat tvp water milk and spices until all liquid has gone 2. Serve with fruit and the smallest splash of honey or maple syrup if needed. |
