This refreshing sherbet coctail comes from the Lettuce bar in Wichita Kansas.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 ounces vodka

8 ounces orange sherbet

1 ounce orange juice

whipped cream

1 maraschino cherry

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients, except whipped cream and cherry, with 1/2 cup crushed ice in blender.
2. Blend until slushy.
3. Pour into 17 oz. brandy snifter.
4. Top with swirl of whipped cream.
5. Garnish with cherry.
6. Enjoy!
