Serve this cooling dish from the Vegetarian Passport with spicy food or even on its own on hot days. Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup tender lettuce, very finely shredded |
sea salt, to taste |
1 dash lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 red pepper, very finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill before serving. |
