Easy, easy, easy. Refreshing. Hardly any ingredients. Great for beginner cooks. Ingredients:
1 cup cubed mango |
1/3 cup toasted nuts |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
4 tablespoons roquefort cheese, crumbled |
2 cups lettuce leaves, whole, washed and pat dry |
1 sprig cilantro, for decoration |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the mango, oilive oil and nuts. 2. Add crumbled cheese and black pepper. 3. Serve over single leaf of lettuce and decorate with sprig of cilantro. |
