Low fat and tasty Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup carrot, cooked |
1/2 cup green beans, cooked |
1 1/2 cups cooked noodles |
8 ounces cooked chicken breasts |
1 tablespoon diced onion |
1/4 teaspoon pepper (to taste) |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Blend soup and milk in a casserole dish. 2. Mix remaining ingredients, except crumbs, together with blended soup mixture. T. 3. Top with crumbs. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. 5. Makes 4 servings. 6. *I sometimes use canned green beans if I have no fresh beans and I often stir a bit of Parmesan cheese into the mixture in the casserole just to give it even more taste. |
