This is easy and tastes great. Definitely not low-cal. No eggs used in the recipe also make it a plus. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream |
12 ounces evaporated milk, chilled |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved. 2. Pour into ice cream maker and follow your ice cream maker's instructions for freezing. 3. Freezing times vary due to different ice cream makers. |
