Good as a filling for Really Good Birthday Cake Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 -3 tablespoons raspberry jam |
Directions:
1. Boil cream. 2. Pour over chips in a bowl. 3. Beat until smooth. 4. Mix in jam. 5. Set aside to cool until thick enough to spread on cake. |
