This is my aunt's recipe. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained |
1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine |
1 small onion, chopped fine |
1/3 cup pecans, chopped fine |
1/8 teaspoon accent seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients within a food processor. 2. Shape into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. 3. Roll in crushed pecans. 4. Serve with Garden or Ranch-flavored crackers. |
