Ingredients:
1 can refried beans |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 can ro-tel tomatoes, drained |
Directions:
1. Mix beans, chili powder, and cumin and spread onto bottom of platter. 2. Top bean mixture with sour cream. 3. Top sour cream with cheese and tomatoes. 4. Serve with tortilla chips. 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
