This is the cutest thing to make for a St. Patrick's Day potluck. I found this on-line, (can't remember where!), for hubby to take to an office St. Patty's potluck. (For an added tah-dah , go to a party supply store, and buy a plastic black or green leprechaun's pot to put the gold coins in.) Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box ritz crackers |
2 cups peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) |
2 (12 ounce) packages butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Melt chips in 30 second intervals in the microwave. 2. Spread peanut butter on one cracker, and top with another cracker. 3. Dunk into the melted butterscotch chips to fully coat. 4. Let dry on wax paper. |
