This just came in an email from , and I am intrigued enough that I am posting for safekeeping. Sounds like a cool and delicious treat for the upcoming hot summer months! The recipe didn't come with a chill time, so I am taking a guess here. I am also guessing as to the size of the box of pudding; that was not listed, either. Please let me know what size you use if you try this! I imagine this might also be delicious frozen! Ingredients:
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust |
8 ounces fat-free whipped topping, thawed |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box pistachio pudding mix |
20 ounces crushed pineapple with juice |
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly the whipped topping, pudding powder and drained pineapple. pile into crust, chill (I would guess 4 hours or so) or freeze and enjoy! |
