Now, this can be cooked in a regular sized bread pan and baked for 50-60 minutes if you want one big loaf. This bread will make any leprechaun happy! Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
2 (3-oz.) boxes instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 c. sour cream |
4 eggs |
1/4 c. vegetable oil |
1/4 c. water |
3/4 c. chopped pecans |
3 t. brown sugar |
2 tsp. cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mixes. Add the sour cream, eggs, oil and water. Beat until blended. Pour into 5 mini loaf pans. Combine the pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pans. |
