Lentils With Spinach and Yoghurt |

Delicious side dish to serve as part of an African / middle Eastern dinner. I use the canned italian brown lentils to make it simpler. Ingredients:
2 cups canned brown lentils |
100 g baby spinach leaves |
1 cup natural yoghurt |
2 red onions, chopped |
1 teaspoon cumin |
salt & fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except spinach. 2. Serve place lentils on top of spinach leaves. |
