1 1/2 cups lentills |
1 1/2 cups brown rice |
1 can tomoatoes |
1/4 cup garlic, diced |
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped |
1 small onion |
15 oz fat free chicken broth |
2 cups spinach, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook lentils, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and half the cilantro in chicken broth till tender (20-30 minutes) 2. Cook rice in water till tender, then add spinach and the rest of the cilantro 3. Enjoy |
