Healthy Low fat - High Fiber Soup Ingredients:
1 cup dry lentils |
1 cup carrots, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
1/2 tsp minced garlic |
5 cups water |
Directions:
1. prepare ingredients 2. mix in pot 3. bring to a boil 4. reduce heat to low 5. cover with lid tilted 6. cook for 25 minutes or until tender 7. pour half into blender a puree 8. mix puree back into pot 9. cool and serve |
