Vegetable based lentil soup with ham Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups vegetable broth |
1 cup lentils |
1/2 cup onions, diced |
1/2 cup carrots, diced |
1/4 cup celerys, diced |
1/2 cup potatos, diced |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp dried oregano |
1/2 cup ham, cooked and chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine broth and lentils. 2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes 3. Add rest of ingredients except ham. 4. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Add cooked ham. 6. Cook for 5 more minutes or until heated through |
