Ingredients:
1 bag lentils (rinse many times) |
1 bay leaf |
1 box frozen spinach |
1 large can of tomato paste |
1 large onion |
1/3 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
6 chopped celery stalks |
8 chopped carrots |
9 cups water |
italian seasoning |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil the lentils, garlic cloves, bay leaf, water, and olive oil for one hour. 2. Add the rest of ingredients until veg. are soft. |
