Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced |
1 lb lentils |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
1/2 cup sliced carrot |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
7 cups water |
1 cup dry white wine |
1 (20 ounce) can tomatoes |
Directions:
1. In a large pt, combine all the ingredients except the tomatoes. 2. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 3. Add tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. |
