Good for lunch Ingredients:
3/4 cup lentils |
1 onion, chopped |
28 ounces tomatoes, chopped |
7 cups low sodium chicken broth |
3/4 cup macaroni |
1 pound sausage, crumbled |
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
5 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Cook lentils. Set aside. 2. Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil 3. Add tomatoes, chicken broth and lentils 4. Add macaroni 5. Cook until done. |
