My family eats this for dinner as a mian course with rolls. It is very thick and filling. Ingredients:
1/2 pound lentils |
2 medium carrots, sliced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1/4 cup parsley, snipped |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
3 cups water |
2 teaspoons beef bouillon |
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, optional |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream in crock pot. 2. Cook in crockpot on low for 10-12 hours or 5-6 hours on l ow. 3. Serve with a dolup on sour cream. |
