115 g finely chopped onion |
1 clove garlic |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 tablespoon wheat flour |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
180 g tomato sauce |
130 g lentils |
25 g crumbled bread |
100 g chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Sautee the onion and garlic in oil. 2. Add the flour, mix well. 3. Add the tomato sauce, stir. 4. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. 5. Pour in casserole dish (oil the dish) and cook at 350 for 35 minutes. |
