From Ingredients:
2 carrots, grated |
4 cups cooked lentils |
2 egg whites |
1/2 cup parsley |
1/2 cup coriander (cilantro) |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
2 chopped tomatoes |
3 crushed garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger |
1 small onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. 2. Brown in a nonstick frying pan, stirring often. 3. Serve hot. |
