Ingredients:
2 c lentils, soaked |
10 c water |
5 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tsp dried thyme |
4 carrots, diced |
Directions:
1. Place the lentils in a large saucepan and cover with the water; bring to the boil while preparing the other ingredients. 2. Reduce to a simmer and add the garlic, thyme and carrots. 3. Cook for a further 20 minutes. |
