Lentil Dip (Or Spread or Hummus)

Lentils made into a creamy dip! This can also be used as a sandwich spread.
Ingredients:
16 ounces dried lentils
3 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Boil the lentils in water for about 25 minutes or until soft.
2. Put the cooked lentils and the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and process until pretty smooth.
