Simple lentil recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup diced onion |
1 cup cooked lentils |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1/2 cup diced bell pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over low heat in a heavy pan. 2. Add onions and stir. 3. Add lentils, celery and peppers and cover with a tight lid. 4. Simmer until lentils are fork-tender. |
