Not too spicy but very tasty Ingredients:
1 tbsp sunflower oil |
1/2 cup onions, diced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 tsp turmeric |
3 3/4 cups water |
1 1/4 cup red lentils |
1/4 salt |
3/4 tsp curry paste |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oil for 5 minutes. 2. Add the garlic and turmeric and saute for 3 more minutes. 3. Add the water and bring to a boil. 4. Add the lentils and simmer for 30 minutes. 5. Add the seasonings and serve. |
