Lentil burger recipe Ingredients:
350 g cooked lentils |
150 g cooked chickpeas |
1 onion, diced |
3 cloves garlic, diced |
75 g sunflower seeds |
100 g sultanas |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients well 2. form balls and flatten into patties 3. cook in non-stick frypan with small amount of cold pressed olive oil |
