                                                1 tablespoon water  |  
                                                1 tablespoon olive oil  |  
                                                1 tablespoon honey  |  
                                                1/3 cup cooked lentils  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour  |  
                                                1/3 cup unbleached flour  |  
                                                1 1/2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten  |  
                                                2 tablespoons whey powder (i don't use)  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast  |
