For 4 People Ingredients:
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 clove garlic |
1/2 tsp cumin |
1/2 tsp cilantro |
1 small onion |
2 roma tomatoes |
14 ounce lentils |
6 ounce tuna |
Directions:
1. With a knife take out the seeds from the tomatoes and dice them. 2. Finely chop the onion. 3. Mix the oil with the lemon juice, garlic, cumin and cilantro in a bowl. Set aside until needed. 4. Mix the chopped onion with the tomato and the lentils after draining them. 5. Separate the tuna and add it to the mix of onion, tomato, and lentils. 6. Add freshly chopped cilantro. 7. Toss the salad and season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately. |
