Lennie gave me this great recipe idea, I just added curry. It really came out creamy and delicious! Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
water, to equal 2 cups |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Pour undiluted soup into a measuring cup (mine came out to be just under 1 cup) add water to the soup to make 2 cups. 2. Pour onto rice. 3. Add curry powder; mix. 4. Cook according to rice package instructions. 5. Add more water if needed. |
