This great with any fish. It is easy to make. I no longer buy tartar asuce since discovering how much better it is to make it fresh. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons green onions |
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
2 tablespoons carrots |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon capers |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. 2. Pulse until all are finely chopped and well combined. 3. Pour into a bowl; cover and chill for 30 minutes. |
