Ingredients:
4 3/4 thick pork chops |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
4 lemon slices |
1/4 cup(s) firmly packed borwn sugar, divided |
1/3 cup(s) catsup |
1/3 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; arrange in a 9 square baking pan. Place a lemon slice on the center of each chop. Top each lemon slice with 1 Tbsp brown sugar. Combine catsup and water, mixing well. Pour sauce around chops. Back, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hr or until tender. |
