2 cans of eagle brand condensed milk ( buy good quality condensed milk) |
2 graham cracker crust |
1 egg (beaten) |
lemon juice |
1 medium tub of cool whip |
Directions:
1. BEAT THE ONE EGG 2. ADD 2 CANS OF CONDENSED MILK 3. ADD LEMON JUICE (TO YOUR TASTE) 4. TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE 5. FOLD IN TUB OF COOL WHIP 6. TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE 7. ONCE SATISFIED WITH THE LEMON TASTE, POUR INTO THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST. 8. PUT IN THE ICEBOX FOR 6 HOURS OR PUT IN THE FREEZER. I HAVE PUT MINE IN THE FREEZER AND LEFT OVER NIGHT. 9. DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER, USE A SPATULA OR GOOD SPOON! 10. GARNISH WITH SUPER THIN LEMON SLICES (OPTIONAL) 11. YOUR PIE SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE! |
