Ingredients:
6 ounces green beans
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Trim beans and in a large saucepan of boiling water cook until crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes.
2. Drain beans well in a colander and in a bowl toss with zest, oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
