Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in chickpeas. Serve at room temperature.
