1 tablespoon(s) grated lemon rind
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice

1 cup(s) seedless green grapes halved
1 cup(s) seedless red grapes halved
1 pound(s) skinless boneless chicken breasts poached
1/2 cup(s) sliced scallions
1/3 cup(s) toasted pecan pieces
3-1/2 cup(s) wild rice cooked in chicken broth, shredded
Directions:
