It's okay to use reduced-fat mayonnaise in this recipe, which is similar to Waldorf salad. Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 red delicious apples, cored and chopped |
1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped |
1/4 cup diced celery |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in apples, celery, and raisins. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chopped pecans just before serving. |
