Especially delicious served with fish, from Feasts by Silvena Rowe Ingredients:
4 tablespoons pink peppercorns |
1 lemongrass, split open |
750 ml vodka |
Directions:
1. place peppercorns and lemongrass into the bottle of vodka and leave for at least 8 hours but no longer than 2 days depending on how spicy you want it. 2. strain into a jug and pour back into the bottle. 3. store in the freezer and serve in shot glasses. |
